Enterprises, Confindustria: RTT index +5.7% in April, rebound all sectors

In April, the Real Time Turnover shows an increase of +5.7% in the turnover at constant business prices, which recovers the -4.8% suffered in March; the value in April is +0.6% above that of February. This was reported by the Centro studi di Confindustria.
Widespread rebound in all areas
.The rebound in April is spread across all sectors, larger in services, where the decline in March had been greater, than in industry and construction. The rebound is concentrated in the Northwest and among large companies. The index suggests that the second quarter of 2024 is off to an improving start for the economy.
Positive variation in construction returns
.In services, there was a strong monthly increase of +7.6%, after a month of decline; in industry, +5.3%, after the decline in March; in construction, the index showed a return to a positive change (+3.9%), after the very marked declines recorded in the first three months, linked to the expiry of incentives.
