Epstein case: US House Committee summons Pam Bondi
The House Oversight Committee of the US Congress summoned Attorney General Pam Bondi to testify about her role in the release of files on Jeffrey Epstein as part of the Commission's investigation into the convicted sex offender. The resolution introduced by Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace passed with 24 votes in favour and 19 against, with bipartisan support. Mace was joined by Democrats and fellow Republicans Tim Burchett, Michael Cloud, Lauren Boebert and Scott Perry.
