Etna: Catania Airport returns to normal

SAC, the company that manages Catania Airport, has announced that ‘following the downgrading of the volcanic activity alert level from Red to Orange, the sectors that were previously closed have been reopened and all restrictions have been lifted’. Consequently, “flight operations for departures and arrivals at Catania Airport have been resumed with immediate effect”.
