A total of 42 political forces have registered their symbols with the Viminale for the European Parliament elections scheduled for 8 and 9 June. The deadline expired at 4pm on Monday 22 April. For the candidates' lists, the deadline is 1 May. Not all the symbols presented will pass the scrutiny of the electoral offices and many will find themselves on the 'recused' list.
