A tragedy without end in Anguillara Sabazia. After the femicide of Federica Torzullo, yesterday the parents of Claudio Carlomagno, the woman's husband, were found dead. He had been jailed on charges of having killed her. A farewell note was found at the home of their other son in Rome. Alarmed at the parents' fate, the man contacted an aunt who reached the cottage and alerted 118.

The affair
It was Claudio Carlomagno's aunt who raised the alarm after she was unable to contact the parents of the confessed murderer in the femicide of Federico Torzullo. The woman turned to the Carabinieri, who went to the scene and found the two hanged. Carlomagno's mother, Maria Messenio, had resigned in recent days as councillor for security in Anguillara Sabazia.
The Civitavecchia Public Prosecutor's Office has ordered an autopsy on the bodies of Maria Messenio and Pasquale Carlomagno, respectively the mother and father of Claudio Agostino Carlomagno, in prison since last Sunday on charges of feminicide and concealing the body of his wife Federica Torzullo, who was found dead in Anguillasa Sabazia, in the province of Rome.
