Ferragamo: returns to profit of 1.5 million in the first half of the year, with revenue of 468 million
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - The Salvatore Ferragamo Group reported consolidated revenue of 468 million in the first half of 2026, down 1.3 per cent (at current exchange rates) compared with the first six months of 2025 (+1.9 per cent at constant exchange rates). The result was adversely affected by the negative performance of the wholesale channel (-11.2% at constant exchange rates and -11.6% at current exchange rates), whilst the direct-to-consumer channel posted a ‘positive’ performance (+1.8% at current exchange rates and +6.1% at constant exchange rates). Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at 90 million, compared with 73 million as at 30 June 2025, representing 19.2 per cent of revenue (up from 15.3 per cent). In the first half of the year, net profit, including minority interests, stood at 1.5 million, compared with an adjusted loss of 16 million (excluding the negative impact of the impairment test, which brought the result to -57 million) at the end of June 2025.
The adjusted net financial position stands at 125 million (up from 119 million a year earlier). Including the impact of IFRS 16, the net financial position as at 30 June 2026 was a deficit of 421 million, compared with a deficit of 492 million as at 30 June 2025.
