A unique example of the 2025 Ferrari Daytona SP3 Tailor Made was sold yesterday for $26 million, making it the most expensive new production Ferrari ever sold at auction. In doing so, Ferrari, in collaboration with RM Sotheby's in Monterey, California, set a new world record.
The entire proceeds of the record sale,' Ferrari announced in a note, 'will benefit the Ferrari Foundation, a public charity dedicated to promoting educational programmes and community projects around the world.
Commissioned as an additional example beyond the original limited production run of 599 units, the car features an exposed carbon fibre and Giallo Modena livery with the first full-length Ferrari logo applied to the bodywork. The interior is finished in Q-Cycle, a sustainable fabric made from recycled tyres, and includes yellow seatbelts and embroidered Prancing Horse motifs.
