Fiat Grande Panda Turbo 100, how much it really costs

'Now there is also Uno Turbo, nobody is like us'. It was 1985 when Fiat launched the commercial for the Uno Turbo, the flagship model of the premium compact car of the time. More than 20 years later, the adjective Turbo returns to Fiat's list, but for the entry-level model of the Grande Panda range.

Under the bonnet, in fact, we find the new 1.2 three-cylinder 100 horsepower engine, brought to debut by Peugeot 208 and Lancia Ypsilon. Turbo 100 is Miller cycle and develops 101 horsepower (74 kW) at 5,500 rpm, with a maximum torque of 205 Nm available as early as 1,750 rpm. On its Lancia cousin, the engine guarantees a 0-100 km/h sprint in 10.2 seconds and a top speed of 194 km/h. Declared consumption is between 5.2 and 5.4 l/100 km, while CO₂ emissions range between 119 and 121 g/km.

Widely advertised at euro 14,950, the Fiat Grande Panda Turbo 100 has a list price of euro 17,900 in combination with the Pop trim. To access the promotion, given by a 2,000 euro scrapping fee and 950 euro linked to financing, you have to scrap a car up to euro 4. Reading the offer carefully, in addition to the €3,183 advance, the €12,037 financing spread over 36 months (where up to 30,000 km can be covered at no extra cost) is subject to a tan of 5.99% and an APR of 9.06%. To the 35 instalments of €129, a maxi instalment of €10,066 must be added, thus reaching €17,764.
