Fideuram expands network with 500 new advisors joining within the year

The words of Lino Mainolfi, CEO and managing director of Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking at the fourth edition of Next Generation, at the Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan, found concrete expression in the numbers released yesterday by the private division of Ca' de Sass, which is expanding its network and focusing heavily on training people.

In the first five months of this year, 215 new private bankers have already joined, but the target for the entire year is to double that, with 500 new professionals, through targeted selections, structured onboarding paths, and the enhancement of internal mobility. "In a constantly evolving context such as that of private banking, Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking confirms its commitment to investing in people and skills, in order to face the new challenges of the sector and lead its change," explains Mainolfi.

Fideuram now has almost 7 thousand (6,940) consulting professionals who in 2024 attended over 590 thousand hours of training, to improve the quality of consulting, strengthen client relations and support the country's financial education. In order to organise the training courses, since 2013 a real training pole has been created, the Fideuram Campus, which is recognised as a point of reference for the entire sector, thanks also to numerous collaborations with academic institutions. In this regard, one of the most important projects is the Certification of the Wealth Advisor, which is carried out in partnership with Milan's Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore: in 2024 alone it qualified 115 private bankers, bringing the total to 1,400 accredited professionals since the project began.
