Here is the letter that Antonio Filosa, the newly appointed CEO of Stellantis, sent to the group's employees after his appointment.
Dear Stellantis colleagues,
It is a great honour for me to have been appointed Chief Executive Officer. I consider it a privilege because - together - we will start a new, exciting chapter in the history of our company.
As many of you know, I have spent the last 25 years working in our regions in different functions in our brands in Europe, South America and North America. I started as a quality supervisor in the paint shop of a plant in Spain, where I worked nights. Since that first job, I have always been inspired by the immense talent, passion and commitment of our people and the professionalism with which our teams enable us to achieve excellence.
I have this company in my blood and I could not be more proud of the opportunity I have been given to work with all of you, in every region, taking on this role, at your service, for Stellantis.
