Fincantieri: contract for third Four Seasons vessel, worth around 500 mln

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Fincantieri has signed a contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings for a third ultra-luxury Four Seasons Yachts cruise ship. The announcement was made in a statement from the shipbuilding group. The value of the agreement, subject to financing and other terms and conditions typical of this type of contract, has been described as “substantial”, i.e. between 500 million and 1 billion euros. According to reports, the contract is expected to be worth around half a billion euros.
Delivery of the new ship is scheduled for 2031.

In early 2026, Fincantieri delivered the Four Seasons I, the first ship designed in line with Fincantieri’s Navis Sapiens vision, and is currently building the second vessel, which is due to enter service in early 2028. The new ship (207 metres long with a gross tonnage of 34,000 tonnes) is being designed and built at the Ancona shipyards and will retain the same residential-style ‘all-suite’ concept that characterises the first vessel in the class.
