It is located in the heart of Turin, in Via XX Settembre: Palazzo Pacioli, the former headquarters of the Inps offices, will change its face: the building has in fact been purchased by the I-Tor real estate fund managed by Ream Sgr, and will undergo a radical redevelopment.

The building, which covers 16,500 square metres, will house 94 high-end flats distributed from the first to the sixth floor, commercial spaces on the ground floor, and parking spaces and cellars in the basement levels. The project, signed by Primula Costruzioni, focuses on energy efficiency, thanks also to advanced technologies such as geothermal wells, and a design that combines elegance and functionality. The marketing was entrusted to Immo Group, which also acted as originator of the real estate initiative.

Among the planned innovations is the pedestrianisation of the last stretch of Via Amendola, which will become the main entrance to the building's large monumental hall. Private gardens and panoramic terraces will characterise the flats.

The acquisition of Palazzo Pacioli represents the first step for the I-Tor Fund, which was created with the aim of investing in major real estate projects. The main sponsors include the investment vehicle Yeldo GP Sarl and the Finint Principal Finance 3 Fund, confirming the attractiveness of the Turin real estate market.

The operation not only concerns a building, but aims to transform an entire corner of Turin, making it more liveable and modern. The combination of building redevelopment and urban enhancement reinforces Turin's role as an attractive city for investors and residents.
