First opening in Naples for Oriana Homèl

Oriana Homèl - a leading Italian reality in urban hospitality - announces the signing of the contract for the opening of its first structure in Naples with 24 flats, inside the prestigious building in via De Pretis 62, at a moment of extraordinary ferment for the Neapolitan capital, also in view of the America's Cup 2027.

The opening, scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2027, represents a key step in the company's national expansion plan, which in recent months has consolidated new operations in Como, Treviso and Trapani, reinforcing the vision of a brand increasingly rooted in urban centres with a strong cultural and tourist vocation. The transaction was made possible thanks to the collaboration with Amefin, owner of the property, and the intermediation of Gabetti Property Solutions.

Located in a neuralgic position between Piazza Municipio and Piazza Bovio, the building in Via De Pretis boasts a history of great value and a privileged position in the directional and touristic heart of the city. The building, which is listed by the Superintendence, will undergo a careful conservative restoration, fully respecting its historical and architectural value, in line with Oriana Homèl's philosophy, which has always been oriented towards enhancing Italia's building heritage through high-end hospitality projects.

The new property will be part of the consolidated Oriana format, with spacious and finely furnished flats, equipped with a private kitchen, virtual reception H24, and an intelligent customer care system. The aim is to offer travellers an evolved form of urban hospitality: as independent as a flat, as efficient and secure as a hotel.

The building in Via De Pretis stands next to the Church of San Giacomo degli Italiani Nuova, a short distance from the better known Palazzo dei Telefoni, designed and rebuilt by Camillo Guerra. The building is the result of the extensive gutting of the ancient city carried out by the Society for the Restoration of Naples between the late 19th and early 20th century, works that profoundly redesigned the urban layout of the area.

The Church of San Giacomo also dates back to that period: the previous one, located in vico Venafro, was demolished to allow for renovation work and later rebuilt in via De Pretis, preserving, however, the original 17th-century portal, now a tangible testimony to the historical stratification of the district.
