Delays and some difficulties for passengers at Fiumicino’s Leonardo da Vinci Airport, where the flight information screens went blank for a few minutes.
There were some minor disruptions to check-in and access to the gates, with airline staff having to carry out procedures manually and payments to shops being accepted in cash only. At around 8.30 pm, there were some minor disruptions for departing and arriving passengers.
