"We will close the group turnover above 16 million euro with a growth of more than 50 per cent compared to 2023 thanks mainly to the new openings in Milan, Rome, Florence, Brescia, Varese and the opening of the new Longevity Spa at Portrait Milano. Growth will also be sustained in 2025, where we will exceed 20 million in revenues, thanks mainly to our international development'. Luigi Caterino, co-founder and ceo of The Longevity Suite, the European biohacking & antiage city clinic that was born from his far-sighted vision combined with the work of more than twenty years of research of the team of Massimo Gualerzi, cardiologist, co-founder and scientific director; and the pharmaceutical know-how of Elisa Mondelli, co-founder and head of business excellence, speaks with satisfaction. The company is among the Growth Leaders 2025 of Sole 24 Ore and Statista.
Cold, detox and awareness are at the heart of the programmes carried out in the twenty-two centres managed directly in Italy, Switzerland and Spain (six of which are seasonal) and thirteen franchisees in Italy for a total of thirty-five locations and three openings planned over the next three months in Istanbul, Cairo and Andorra. In the clinics, the most innovative technologies from the world of wellness and health are integrated in cutting-edge protocols to achieve a perfect balance between outer beauty and mental well-being.
In addition to these centres, we have a presence in some luxury hotels in Italy with five locations. 'Precisely in this market segment, thanks to the agreements signed with some luxury hospitality brands such as Edition, Kempinsky, The Luxury Collection, Marriott, and Portrait,' Caterino continues, 'in the coming months we plan to open several new Longevity Spa concepts in Florence, Venice, Bodrum, Lake Como, Naples, and Dubai.
The development of Longevity Medical Spas within luxury hotels is also linked to the company's latest project. "The Longevity Kitchen is a revolutionary concept of healthy food inspired by the cuisines and ingredients of the so-called Blue Zones, the five longest-living territories on the planet: Loma Linda in California, Nicoya in Costa Rica, Okinawa in Japan, Sardinia, and Ikaria in Greece," concludes the CEO. "This new format is already available in our Bistrot in Milan and also at home thanks to the delivery throughout Italy of weekly menus prepared to measure to the needs of our clients.
