Andrea Tempestini, 40, deputy editor of *Libero*, was found dead at his home in Via Belinzaghi, Milan. Following a call from a family member, the fire brigade and the emergency medical service (118) arrived at the scene last night, but the doctors could only confirm that he was dead. The body was found in the cellar and the Carabinieri carried out an investigation. The Forensic Investigation Unit was also at the scene. No signs of violence were found on the man’s body. A professional journalist since 2010, Tempestini was the digital editor of liberoquotidiano.it. He had previously worked for Rai Corporation.
There have been numerous expressions of condolence following his death.
