Frimm spa issues a three million minibond subscribed by UniCredit

Frimm spa - a company specialising in open solutions for real estate professionals, businesses and individuals - announces the issue of a EUR 3 million minibond, fully subscribed by UniCredit. The operation, supported by the Guarantee Fund managed by Mediocredito Centrale on behalf of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, will have a five-year term and aims to support the company's 2025-2027 investment plan, with a specific focus on technological innovation.

The minibond allows Frimm to consolidate its role in the Italian real estate sector, contributing to the development of technological projects in the proptech field aimed at improving the digitalisation of buying and selling processes. The minibond issue will also allow the company to continue with advanced sustainability projects, an activity to which it has been committed since 2018.

'Through this operation, in addition to reaffirming the validity of minibonds as effective instruments for financing investments aimed at technological innovation and sustainability,' commented Roberto Fiorini, UniCredit's regional manager for central Italy, 'we are consolidating our leadership in the segment of bond issues in favour of small and medium-sized enterprises.

It is a confirmation of our structured growth path and the rating obtained, and the prelude to our future listing on the stock exchange".
