From cars to household appliances, here are the bonuses coming in September

Starting in September 2025, new bonuses and incentives will be made available to families, especially those with a low Isee income, such as subsidies on electric cars. The incentive represents an important step towards improving the environmental efficiency of Italy's car fleet, one of the oldest in Europe, with the average age of vehicles reaching 13 years in 2024. In particular, for private individuals who will purchase electric vehicles in the M1 category (passenger cars), access to the bonus will be regulated on the basis of the Isee value: families with incomes up to 30,000 euro will be able to obtain an incentive of 11,000 euro, while those in the 30,000 to 40,000 euro bracket will be entitled to a contribution of 9,000 euro. For micro-businesses interested in electric commercial vehicles (categories N1 and N2, up to 12 tonnes), the contribution will be 30% of the value of the vehicle, up to a maximum of €20,000 per vehicle. The contributions can be claimed until 30 June 2026. In the same period, a new home appliance bonus will be available, aimed at households with Isee below a certain threshold. This is an incentive to buy refrigerators, washing machines and other low-consumption appliances. The bonus allows a discount of 30 per cent of the cost of the appliance chosen and up to a maximum of 100 euro (200 euro if the Isee is no higher than 25,000 euro), with specific rules for access and a simplified digital application method. It will not be a bonus to be taken as a tax deduction, but a direct contribution. It will be managed through the PagoPa digital platform. But the incentives do not stop here, following are the bonuses we already know about, which will be renewed.

It was the Inps that issued an official message on the reopening of applications for the Psychologist Bonus. It will be possible to submit a new application from 15 September until 14 November 2025. The ranking list for the bonus will be drawn up on a provincial and regional basis, following the order of presentation and isee, with priority given to lower incomes. The bonus code will remain valid for 260 days from the date of acceptance. The requirements for accessing the bonus: there are no age limits and the maximum Isee must be 50,000 euro.

Updated a short while ago, Parliament has approved a simplification measure for Italian families: the annual renewal of the application will no longer be required, but it will suffice to make it once, and it will last until the child is three years old. Beware, however, the obligation will remain every year to certify the child's attendance at the nursery school and the existence of the requirements.

Bonus sport is dedicated to the practice of sport for children of low-income families, aged between 6 and 14, with a maximum of two contributions per household. Up to EUR 300 per child.
