The United Arab Emirates is the Middle Eastern country with the most Italians. There are about thirty thousand of them and, among them, there are also two hundred minors to take part in the simulation of UN assemblies as part of the project "The ambassador of the future", organised by Wsc Italia - World Student Connection.
The community in the Emirates is the largest
There are about 70,000 Italians in the whole area. Of the 30,000 in the Emirates, 20,977 are registered with Aire, the Registry of Italians living abroad, while 7,815 are the new reports registered in the last 36 hours. And, in addition to the Wsc programme, the Msc ship in Dubai with 573 Italians is also reported
Presence in Israel and Palestine
There are 20,955 Italians in Israel, 19,671 of whom are registered with Aire (163 reports in the last 36 hours). In the Palestinian territories, on the other hand, there are 3,661 Italians, almost all living abroad.
