'From Physics to Its Green, this is how I combined skills and practice'

The word that best represents my educational experience is awareness: in the choice, in the understanding of what you want to build, and in the recognition of the concrete value of your skills. This is what I have gained through my experience at Its Green, a passage that has profoundly marked my personal and professional growth.

My path began at university, with a year of studies in Physics. The academic path, although stimulating, turned out to be very theoretical and distant from the practical applications I imagined for my future. I therefore chose to orient myself towards a training closer to the world of work, capable of combining knowledge and concreteness.

At Its, I found a dynamic, operationally-oriented and critical thinking environment. It was not only about acquiring technical skills, but learning to think independently, to tackle real problems with a systemic approach and to propose effective solutions. I realised that competence is not only technical, but also the ability to observe, interpret and improve what surrounds us.

At the end of the Its course, I started working for an ESCO, where I immediately had the opportunity to take on operational responsibilities and actively contribute to company projects. This experience confirmed to me how much companies recognise the value of Its training, appreciating its technical solidity and concrete approach to work.

Today, as I continue on my professional path, I have chosen to enrol in a degree course in Management Engineering, a decision resulting from a full and mature awareness, quite different from the one that had guided me before my experience at Its.
