From the single cheque to the pension simulator, the Inps renews its app: here are the new features

The 'Inps mobile' app has been revamped and relies on artificial intelligence to offer services that are increasingly personalised and 'at your fingertips'. The new version of the application, presented by the president of the Institute, Gabriele Fava, allows the home page to be personalised with the three most relevant services for each authenticated user, making access to information even more intuitive, simple and immediate.

The app, born in 2011 and gradually implemented, currently offers 40 services, ranging from pensions to allowances. "I had promised and I keep my promise: today the new app is launched, fresh, simple, usable, directed towards all citizens because we want to reach them first and easily through immediate essential services. A new era is starting: app 4.0 and I could say Inps 4.0. We want to be ever closer to the citizens,' stresses Fava, inviting everyone to download it. In 2024, 'Inps mobile' recorded 3.66 million downloads, with a daily average of over 500,000 accesses.

Now, with the new version 4.0, each service will have its own 'card' that can be consulted and, at the same time, the possibility of obscuring or showing the sensitive data reported. Even those who have not logged in will have two services available in the app's home page: the 'Pensami' pension simulator and the simulator for the 'Single and Universal Allowance for Dependent Children' service.

With a single touch, the user will then be able to check the status of an application, check the payment of the last benefit, download the latest pension slip or single certification, the updated contribution statement or Isee declaration, consult his social security information, check the status of a Naspi application and check his payments.
