FS Group: the International School Programme in Brussels
Thirty-nine young talents from six European countries are taking part in an international advanced training programme.

The FS Group has presented the International School Programme in Brussels, a strategic initiative dedicated to training young European talent in the transport and sustainable mobility sectors.
The initiative
The event took place at the European Parliament in the presence of Vice-Presidents Antonella Sberna and Pina Picierno, Stefano Antonio Donnarumma, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the FS Group, Gian Luca Orefice, Chief People, Culture & Transformation Officer at FS, Luigi Corradi, CEO of FS International, and a delegation of Italian MEPs.
The international programme
The International School Programme, organised by FS, is an international advanced training programme aimed at high-potential young professionals within the Group, with the aim of contributing to the development of the next generation of European leaders in the transport and mobility sector.
“Through the International School Programme, we are investing in the skills and talent of the younger generation, which are crucial to driving the transformation of the transport and mobility sector in Europe,” said Stefano Antonio Donnarumma, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the FS Group. “In a context of profound industrial transformation, investing in advanced training and the managerial skills of the younger generation means making a concrete contribution to building a shared vision of the mobility of the future. This international programme, developed in collaboration with prestigious European academic institutions and the companies of the FS Group, encourages the exchange of ideas between different cultures, organisational models and experiences, strengthening cooperation and the leadership skills of the participants.”
The initiative involved 39 young professionals from France, Germany, Greece, Italia, the Netherlands and Spain, who work for FS Group companies operating in Europe.
