Board appointed for the three-year period 2026–2028
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - The shareholders’ meeting of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane was held today and appointed the new board of directors, comprising Tommaso Tanzilli, Gianpiero Strisciuglio, Pietro Bracco, Franco Fenoglio, Silvia Marzot, Loredana Ricciotti and Daniela Rota. This was reported in a statement from FS.
The board of directors has been appointed for the three-year period 2026–2028. The Shareholders’ Meeting therefore confirmed Tommaso Tanzilli as chairman and invited the new Board of Directors to appoint Gianpiero Strisciuglio as chief executive officer to replace Stefano Antonio Donnarumma, who resigned in recent weeks. “The Shareholders’ Meeting thanks the outgoing members of the Board of Directors for their valuable work,” the statement reads.
