Fuel: Council of Ministers gives the go-ahead for a decree-law extending the excise duty cut until 17 September

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - The Council of Ministers has approved the decree-law ‘Urgent provisions regarding oil prices in connection with the ongoing new crisis in international markets and strategic energy infrastructure and activities’. This has been reported by government sources. The reduction in excise duty on diesel has been extended by one week, until 17 September.
