G-Rent closes deal with Grimaldi Franchising for 12 luxury villas in Puglia

G Rent Spa - proptech active in the hospitality sector of luxury properties and buildings dedicated to corporate clients, listed on the EGM market - has closed an agreement with an agency affiliated to the company Grimaldi Franchising for the future acquisition, by 31 December 2024, of a portfolio of 12 luxury villas under management in Puglia.

The Apulian villas will be exclusively managed for two years by G Rent Spa, which will both manage these structures and acquire other new properties in Apulia in the coming months. Specifically, the management of the 12 villas and the related commercial activity will be carried out by entrepreneur Giacomo Martina and his team, who have been operating in this sector for years. The commercial and operational support for the management and acquisition of new properties throughout the region will be led by Christian Russo, owner of the Grimaldi Store in Lecce and several other Grimaldi franchising agencies in the area. After this operation, G Rent aims to reach the signature of a national framework agreement with Grimaldi Franchising by 2025 that mirrors the scheme set up in Puglia.

With this project we want to give new life to our growth, starting precisely from Puglia with the aim of reaching a national framework agreement by next year'.
