Not only more or less exciting and adrenalin-pumping attractions. In season 2026 Gardaland is aiming at shows and live events playing the cards of K pop and Minecraft characters. On the 13th and 14th of June the first Gardaland K Pop Festival will take place with singers, performers and artists coming from Korea. It will be a full immersion in this world of customs, culture, music and food. The programme includes several key moments such as fan meets with the artists, dance masterclasses as well as dance shows and DJ sets throughout the day. Among the first anticipations already confirmed is Rocky, for the first time ready to bring his live performances to Europe: a performer recognised for his dance technique and strong stage presence, former dancer and main rapper of Astro, one of the most popular groups of the fourth K-pop generation, with global hits with more than 100 million streams such as "Candy Sugar Pop" and an established international fanbase. Kisu is a South Korean singer and former member of 24K, now a solo artist active between Korea and Japan, known for his style that combines K-pop and R&B while Lightsum is a girl band formed by South Korean K-pop record label Cube Entertainment, who quickly made a name for themselves in the K-pop scene. After a single European appearance in 2022, the group now returns to Gardaland Resort to meet the continent's audience with an ever-evolving artistic project. These names represent only a first anticipation of a wider palimpsest, which will contribute to making the first Gardaland K-pop Festival a unique appointment for fans of the global phenomenon.
The other new feature is the arrival of the Minecraft universe with the temporary 'Meet the Mobs' event launched by Merlin entertainments from 18 July for the next six weeks. The experience, included in the park entrance ticket, will allow visitors to meet the Minecraft mobs live in an interactive fun-filled event designed for the whole family. The park will feature six scenarios inspired by the world of Minecraft with Mob puppies positioned in different areas: completing the path and collecting them all will earn an exclusive digital prize linked to the game, at the Minecraft Hub. Guests will be able to take close-up photos with Steve and the official Minecraft characters, including Creepers, Chicken Jockey, Axolotl, Panda Cubs, Chicks, Wolf Cubs and many more. There will also be themed treats such as TNT Exploding popcorn and Minecraft popsicles as well as all official Minecraft merchandise. Whether they are experienced players or newcomers to the world of Minecraft, visitors of Gardaland Resort will have the opportunity to experience - exclusively - the unique fun of the game in real life.
For the younger ones from the 16th to the 24th of May there will be the event "Prezzemolo berry bites" which takes inspiration from a distinctive trait of Prezzemolo: his passion for strawberries, symbol of the good season and of his playful personality. The initiative starring Gardaland's mascot proposes a calendar of special days dedicated to everyone and, on some dates, especially to the younger ones and to families, with exclusive activities and guests, immersive edutainment experiences and moments of entertainment capable of combining fun and sharing. There will also be a drawing academy with Lorenzo De Pretto, illustrator and cartoonist as well as author of Prezzemolo: an opportunity designed to bring young fans even closer to their favourite character, learning how to draw him step by step.
All of this is in the setting of Gardaland Resort with its adrenaline-filled rides and not from the Park to the summer experiences of Legoland Water Park to the Sea Life Aquarium and the three themed hotels. A universe designed to welcome different visitors, respond to different needs and offer new ways of enjoying the park, capable of adapting to different tastes, ages and seasons.
