Generali RE refinances the Four Seasons Madrid for 330 million

Mohari Hospitality - an international real estate investor specialising in luxury and hospitality lifestyle properties - announced that it has refinanced the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, following the acquisition of full ownership of the asset.
The financing was structured by Generali Real Estate Sgr, which acted as sole lender through its dedicated commercial real estate debt platform.

The hotel is located within the Centro Canalejas complex in the heart of the Spanish capital, and also includes a retail space occupied by the Hermès brand.
The transaction involves financing of EUR 330 million and represents a key step in the process of aligning the financial structure of the investment with Mohari's long-term ownership strategy.
