Genoa Boat Show, registration open for the 2026 edition
The event will be held from 1 to 6 October this year. Formenti: 'It is among the top three events in the world ranking of the industry'
Registration for exhibitors at the 66th edition of the International Boat Show, scheduled to take place in Genoa from 1 to 6 October 2026, officially opened today. The Show is positioned "among the top three boat shows in the world ranking, in terms of industrial relevance and international positioning - states the Chairman of Confindustria nautica (the Boating Industry Confederation), Piero Formenti - and is the expression of a global event where the excellence of the boating industry worldwide compares and defines the sector's development trajectories. The return of the 66th edition to the dates from 1 to 6 October responds to the needs of the market, in a time window consistent with its dynamics".
The results of the 2025 edition total 124,248 visitors, over a thousand boats on display, 45 countries represented. Internationalisation, explains a note issued by Confindustria nautica (the Boating Industry Confederation), "represents a strategic guideline for the Show. In cooperation with the Ice Agency and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Show continues to invest in a structured programme of qualified incoming of professional operators, buyers, and foreign press, strengthening its attractiveness on the main international markets".
The multi-specialist model represented by the show, with the yachts & superyachts, sailing world, boating discovery, tech trade, and living the sea sections, continues the note, "represents the entire supply chain and accompanies its evolution within a layout, that of the new Levante waterfront, designed by Renzo Piano, which has given the event a setting specifically conceived for the boating industry and unique in its direct relationship with the sea, an element that distinguishes" the Genoa Boat Show "in comparison with the main international events".
