Germany: Berlin launches partnership with Nvidia on industrial AI development

This is a sector in which Berlin aims to capitalise on the strength of its manufacturing sector to bolster its competitiveness. According to a statement from the German government, the memorandum of understanding – signed during a summit in Berlin aimed at attracting foreign investment – provides for the development of ‘cutting-edge’ industrial AI models based on German data and industrial know-how.
