On 10 April, Mim issued the lifting of the reservation concerning the possession of the national digital literacy certification (Chad) for those who are included in the Graduatorie di Circolo e di Istituto di terza fascia del personale Ata. This was written in a note by the Gilda degli Insegnanti. The Ciad, which certifies computer skills, is one of the requirements for admission to the professional profiles of Ata personnel and, according to the Ccnl Education and Research 2019-21, must be achieved by candidates no later than 30 April 2025, under penalty of forfeiture of the ranking. It turns out, however, on the website of the national accreditation body that issues the certification, that currently only 400,000 subjects out of the approximately 3 million included in the Ata third tier rankings with reservations, have obtained it. "In order to prevent almost two-thirds of the staff included in the rankings from being declared disqualified, we formally ask the Ministry of Education and Merit for an extension of the deadline of 30 April 2025, which has already been requested on several other occasions," says the national coordinator of the Gilda degli Insegnanti, Vito Carlo Castellana.
