Golden Goose closes 2025 with revenue up 15% to 734 million
EBITDA at 248.3 million or 34% of turnover - CEO of the trainer and clothing brand Silvio Campara cautiously optimistic for 2026

the board of directors of the Golden Goose Group approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, with strong growth in all geographical areas, driven by the direct-to-consumer (Dtc) channel. Net revenue grew by 15% to EUR 734 million, even greater, +21%, the increase in revenue from the Dtc channel, which accounts for 81% of the total (it was 77% in FY2024). As for geographical performance, growth was solid in all regions, with Emea +18%, Apac +17% and the Americas +9%; adjusted ebitda was 248.3 million, with a margin at 34%. In terms of liquidity, 2025 ended with cash of 94.4 million and net leverage at 2.6x.
Business highlights
In December, Golden Goose HSG became a majority investor and Temasek a minority shareholder, with the aim of supporting the group's international ambitions as a next-generation global luxury company, while preserving and continuing to invest in its Italian-made roots, reads the just-released statement. Permira will remain in the capital as a strategic minority shareholder, continuing its successful partnership with Golden Goose. Marco Bizzarri, currently non-executive director of the Golden Goose board of directors, will become non-executive chairman, Silvio Campara (photo below) remains firmly in his position as CEO.
Retail network expansion and new initiatives
The global network of direct shops (Dos) reached 232 units by the end of 2025, with 17 new openings in the year. New locations include Tokyo Ginza, Mumbai, Manila, London Mount Street, Naples and Ibiza. Among the important launches was the Golden Goose Arena in Milan, designed by Novembre Studio: a space that redefines the sports experience through community and wellbeing, in the heart of the CityLife district, with nine padel courts and immersive facilities. It was also launched the campaign of the iconic Super-Star trainer, starring actress Jane Fonda, and the new True-Star, with Wimbledon finalist Jasmine Paolini; nnew sports ambassadors are tennis players Jasmine Paolini and Zizou Bergs, and padel players Marta Ortega and Juan Lebrón. A collaborationhas also begun with Google Pixel, which combines technology and fashion, bringing Gemini artificial intelligence to selected Golden Goose stores around the world.
Sustainability Targets
Golden Goose was awarded an A rating in both the CDP Climate Change and CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) in recognition of its leadership in environmental transparency and proactive supply chain engagement, and the company was named ESG Leader by Sustainalytics, reinforcing the Group's ambition to create long-term value through responsible growth.
