Tra emancipazione digitale e difesa dei diritti

You may have seen the finale of Stranger Things but in any case I am not going to spoil or judge the Netflix event series. I will simply point out that they are the best at what they do, from marketing to merchandising. They know how to squeeze blood out of turnips like no one else in the world. The whole audiovisual industry should learn from them. The year 2026 opens under the banner of the algorithm that means, sequels, reboots and spin-offs like there is no tomorrow. Hence Gomorrah the Origins, the second The Pitt and the fourth Bridgerton. Surely there is something better but we will find out next month. My money is on The Beauty.
It is 1977 when Pietro Savastano takes his first steps. The origins of the future boss of Secondigliano are among the most eagerly awaited series of the year. The first four episodes are directed by Marco D'Amore (Ciro Di Marzio in the series). Between sequels and prequels they could go on forever with Gomorra. They know. (Sky and streaming on Now)
Just because the name of Ryan Murphy a master (American Horror Story and Monster) appears, it is the surprise series of this start of the year. It is a thriller set in the world of high fashion. The plot is interesting for once so I won't anticipate anything. The question is: what are we willing to sacrifice for perfection? (Disney+)
Paris, dancing parties, palace intrigue and the search for love in London high society. Here again we are faced with one of the most eagerly awaited series. I have watched them all without understanding why they are so successful. I don't remember what happened in season 3. But that's not important. (Netflix).
Nothing new, but all well done. It deserves every award it has won, five Emmy statuettes. Each episode chronicles a single shift in the Pittsburgh emergency room. We are ten months after the chaotic Fourth of July weekend. As far as I'm concerned, this is the most anticipated series of the year. (HBO Max).
