Sunday in Monza is the Formula 1 Grand Prix and these days, around the Arengario, there is a flourishing of initiatives linked to sport, entertainment, marketing but also social and health. This is the direction of "Aut of the Box!", the wellness pit stop opened by AutAcademy from Monday 26 August at Via Carlo Alberto 28. An opportunity to learn more about the initiatives of the social enterprise, which in its first two years of activity has trained 25 autistic children, launched 19 internships, activated a civil service and signed seven employment contracts.
If you are looking for a job, AutAcademy - thanks to innovative learning methods and the support of partner companies - helps you acquire the skills you need to integrate into the world of work. If you are a company that believes in inclusion, AutAcademy can help you find the right person for your needs and support you in verifying that including frailty is beneficial for everyone.
Among the initiatives planned in Monza on the occasion of the Gran Prermio is a look at health and prevention. On Friday 30 August and Saturday 31 August, Piazza Trento Trieste in Monza, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., will host the Mobile Dental Unit of the Istituto Stomatologico Italiano Milano (Isi), where free early diagnosis and prevention visits for oral cancer will be held.
After last year's positive response - 221 patients were examined, of whom 33 were referred to General Practitioners and later referred to the maxillofacial surgery department for more in-depth investigations - the 'Oral cavity cancer prevention campaign' is being held once again to raise awareness of a particularly dangerous disease.
The Provincial Associations of Surgeons and Dentists (Omceo) and the respective Boards of Dentists (Cao) of Monza and Brianza, Milan and Cremona, and the Italian Stomatological Institute of Milan, with the support of the Military Corps of the Association of Italian Knights of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (Acismom) and the Provincial Sections of the National Association of Italian Dentists of Monza and Brianza, Milan, Lodi and Cremona (Andi), are involved in the organisation.
