BF reports a 43 per cent rise in turnover to 1.2 billion in its half-year results
In the consolidated accounts, the acquisition of the Martini Group accounted for 25 per cent of total production value. EBITDA stood at 97 million
The board of directors of Bf, the holding company of Bonifiche Ferraresi, has approved the consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June, which shows that the value of production stands at 1.2 billion, up 43 per cent compared with 852 million in the first half of 2025; EBITDA stood at 97 million, up 80% from 53 million in the first half of 2025. The net profit was 24 million, compared with a net profit of 2 million in the first half of 2025.
Net financial debt as at 30 June 2026 stands at 565 million (compared with 82 million as at 31 December 2025) and includes 63 million relating to the accounting treatment of lease contracts, predominantly property leases, in accordance with IFRS 16. The change compared with 2025 is attributable to the acquisition of the Martini Group for approximately 201 million and to the seasonal nature of the activities of the CAI and International business units.
The growth in turnover, explains a statement from the Group, is attributable to change in the scope of consolidation, as well as the effects of integration with the investee companies. The Martini Group, which was included in the scope of consolidation for three months, contributed 309 million to the consolidated production value (representing 25 per cent of total production value). The note further states that the Group “does not operate, either directly or indirectly, in the Russian, Ukrainian or Israeli-Palestinian markets; therefore, the effects on economic performance are solely attributable to developments in the global macroeconomic environment”.
