No more 110% superbonus: with the Budget Law 2025, building bonuses are moving towards a 50% tax relief standard, with abatement to 36% for second homes. A unified scheme for renovations. And the caps on tax deductions for incomes over 75,000 euro become less favourable, with consequences for the whole decade over which these deductions will have to be spread. On the other hand, the furniture bonus, which had already been halved in recent years, is confirmed.
When does this squeeze take effect? Is there anything you can do to avoid it if you already have work in progress or have already approached a building contractor? What consequences will the restriction have on the expenditure required to comply with the European Case Green directive? Which boilers will be subsidised? And how much?
The questions are many, the picture is complicated. This is reconstructed by the experts of Il Sole 24 Ore in the Focus Norme e Tributi on the home bonus, on newsstands in combination with the newspaper on Thursday 14 November at a total price of 3 euro.
