The Honda Wn7, a production motorbike derived from the prototype christened the Ev Fun Concept at Eicma 2024, can already be pre-ordered and will arrive in early 2026. The initials of the new Honda entry unites different worlds: the letter "W" is inspired by the idea behind its development "Be the Wind", i.e. a smooth and stress-free ride, connected with the surrounding environment; the letter "N" identifies the naked type of the bike; finally, the number 7 refers to the power class;
The Wn7 looks like a motorbike straight out of a movie from the 'Tron' saga: its futuristic lines are matched by a range of around 130 km offered by the fixed lithium-ion battery. And being compatible with the Ccs2 (Combined Charging System 2) fast-charging standard supported by leading European car manufacturers, the Honda Wn7 can charge the battery from 20 to 80% in just 30 minutes and from 0 to 100% in less than 3 hours even with a 6 kW wall box. The performance of the liquid-cooled 18 kW electric motor (an 11 kW version for A1 licence is also available) is comparable to that of a motorbike with a 600 cc internal combustion engine, but with a maximum torque of 100 Nm, which is closer to a 1,000 cc.
If we then consider that the weight is limited to 217 kg, it is easy to imagine how much fun the Wn7 can be to ride. To know, however, all the technical features and complete specifications of the Honda WN7 we have to wait for Eicma 2025, although the 5" Tft screen connected to the smartphone and the full LED lighting have been confirmed; from the photos you can also see the final belt drive and a nice single-sided cooker. However, the price is already known: 15,190 euro is the figure to set aside if you want to reserve one of the first models coming to Europe.
