HTSI Sphere at Palazzo Confalonieri: the historic residence of one of Lombardy's noblest houses, a jewel of the last Baroque, opened its doors yesterday, 17 February, for the launch of a new chapter of Htsi, which becomes an immersive ecosystem: from paper to digital, from podcasts to TV, for a 360-degree enjoyment of information and images. With Htsi Collection, on 246 digital terrestrial, the magazine is on TV with its authoritative look at fashion, art and design in a new format, now also made of moving images.
We are in the age of the infosphere, as the philosopher Luciano Floridi defines it, and among the 17th-century rooms decorated with stuccoes and frescoes, this was precisely the theme of the event. An all-round experience, in the literal sense of the word, with spheres projected onto the palace façade and scattered everywhere, all over fluid lines and floral arrangements with bud bracelets made by Fleur Milano.
Music also swirled around, with Lithuanian singer-songwriter Popa, born Maria Popadnicenko, and her band. An illusionist offered guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the magic experience of conjuring tricks and soap bubbles that turned into crystal balls. And meanwhile at a round table, the Time has your name project continued, with the HTSI linen tablecloth that guests will be invited to sign at every magazine event for a year. The skilful work of embroiderers and seamstresses will trace, one stitch at a time, each name so that it becomes a handcrafted and collective memory of festive, meeting and convivial moments shared together.
