ICT talents emerge from the Its Academy Lazio Digital

New instalment of our journey through the Its Academy. In this stage we take a closer look at the Its Academy Lazio Digital. Founded in May 2022 in Rome, in the Pigneto district, the institute trains resources with high technological and digital skills, in order to empower companies and offer rapid employment opportunities. According to the latest INDIRE monitoring, the percentage of young people in work is 90% and in 100% of cases employment is consistent with the training received.

The institute structurally cooperates with some thirty companies in the sector. In October, also thanks to Pnrr resources, seven courses will start. In all, between the first and second year, there are over 400 students at the Its Academy Lazio Digital.

"Our Foundation operates in the ICT sector," emphasises President Euclide Della Vista, "and we were set up precisely to respond to theneed that companies in the area a had expressed in finding people trained in the subjects of software development, including Ia and cyber security. This training offer represents an important way for companies to find human resources. Our students are employed and employed in the main IT companies based in the Lazio region'.

Della Vista added: 'With the NRP there was a strong push for the Its system. We were able to implement our workshops. Within the Foundation we also run courses dedicated to the development of video games'.
