Record revenues for Ieg, at 266 million in 2025

The 2025 financial year of Ieg-Italian Exhibition Group, the company resulting from the merger of the Rimini and Vicenza trade fairs, closed with consolidated revenues of Euro 266.4 million, up 6.6% compared to Euro 249.8 million in the previous year.

EBITDA amounted to EUR 70.9 million, up 7.9% from EUR 65.7 million twelve months earlier, while profit reached EUR 30.4 million, down 6.3% from EUR 32.4 million in the previous year. Thenet financial position amounted to EUR 90.4 million, an increase of EUR 28.2 million compared to 31 December 2024. The board of directors of the group (listed on Piazza Affari) proposed the distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.20 per share.

"We are very satisfied with the results achieved in 2025," says Ieg's CEO Corrado Peraboni, "which report good growth in revenues and margins. The group's results have improved in line with guidance, thanks to the organic development of activities and a targeted programme of acquisitions".

During the year, Ieg completed four acquisitions, entirely financed by its own means, and obtained the ten-year concession of the Palazzo dei Congressi e degli Eventi in Fiuggi, strengthening its positioning.

In light of the current quarter's performance and the visibility provided by the current order book, the group confirms for the 2026 financial year the objectives set out in the 2025-2030 Industrial Plan, with consolidated revenues between EUR 290 million and EUR 295 million, an operating margin between EUR 77 million and EUR 80 million, and an expected net financial position between EUR 70 million and EUR 77 million.
