Il Sole 24 Ore returns to the Turin Book Fair
A rich calendar of presentations with authors and podcasts and meetings with Radio 24 presenters live from the Lingotto
The Il Sole 24 ORE Group renews its presence at the Turin International Book Fair and is preparing to welcome visitors at stand X38, Oval Pavilion, with book presentations and podcasts, Sole 24 Ore and 24 ORE Cultura authors, and live broadcasts and interviews from Radio 24. Great attention will also be devoted to new digital and audio languages, with the podcasts and videopodcasts of 24 ORE Podcasts protagonists of several live events. A rich and articulated schedule of proposals focusing on the key themes and ideas of our time: artificial intelligence and innovation, geopolitics, labour, education and social transformations.
Among the top appointments, on Thursday 14 May Marco Camisani Calzolari at 4.15 pm in the Sala Viola, presents a preview of his new book Artificial Decisions on the risks in delegating our choices to AI. Friday 15 May is dedicated to current international issues with the meeting on the book Preventive Peace by Francesco Mancini and Daniele Bellasio, in Sala Indaco at 11.30 a.m. and in the events space of the Group's stand X38 in the Oval Pavilion at 1 p.m. At 5.30 p.m., Daniele Bellasio and Simone Spetia present the videopodcast of 24Ore Podcast Marco. Sai chi era Pannella? an unpublished account of the leader of the Radical Party. Also at the Group's stand, at 6 p.m. Matteo Caccia presents Echo - quello che rimane, a videopodcast co-produced by Sky and Radio 24 that recounts the lives of very different personalities, now deceased but still capable of leaving an echo in the present. On Saturday 16 May - at the Group's stand X38 in the Oval Pavilion - space will be dedicated to the future of education with Luca Mari and Susanna Sancassani, protagonists of the presentation of the book L'intelligenza artificiale di Pinocchio (Pinocchio's artificial intelligence) written with the Deputy Editor of Sole 24 Ore Daniele Bellasio, while at 6.15 p.m. Rossana De Michele will present the podcast Mi chiamo Cristina (I'm called Cristina), dedicated to the rebellious life of the princess of Belgiojoso and produced for Radio 24 and 24 ORE Podcast, with the voice of Ambra Angiolini. In the evening, at Pista 500 - Pinacoteca Agnelli, Ferdinando Scianna talks with Denis Curti about the book SCIANNA. La moda, la vita, in a discussion dedicated to the relationship between photography and haute couture.
Every day, the Il Sole 24 ORE Group stand will be animated by live broadcasts from Radio 24, from Gianluca Nicoletti's Melog to Matteo Caccia racconta, and Il cacciatore di libri's live interviews with writers by Alessandra Tedesco.
