The vertical forest of 'L'Abitare San Lazzaro' presented in Padua

The L'Abitare San Lazzaro project, an ambitious residential project promoted by the Industrie Edili Holding Group, active in integrated real estate development, in Padua, was officially presented yesterday.

Abitare San Lazzaro is a residential project consisting of two residential towers over 70 metres high, in the area of San Lazzaro, east of Padua. The area covers a total surface of 65 thousand square metres, of which 40 thousand square metres for private use and 20 thousand square metres for public use, which will be equipped with green spaces and car parks. There will be 169 residential units distributed over a total of 20 floors for each tower. The project marks a significant turning point for the city of Padua.
