Inclusion allowance, how to apply for renewal: Inps clarifications
The first meeting with the Social Services operators, scheduled for all households that submit the application for renewal of the ADI after the eighteen monthly payments, is functional to the verification and confirmation or modification of the social and work inclusion paths identified in the previous months
Key points
The Italian National Social Security Institute (INPS) provides information on the social and employment inclusion pathway envisaged for households benefiting from the Adi (Inclusion Allowance) following the submission of the renewal application (message 3048 of 14 October). In particular, by accessing the Sistema Informativo per l'inclusione Sociale e Lavorativa (SIISL) platform, it is possible to verify the pathway envisaged for households benefiting from the allowance following the acceptance of the application. This pathway, the social security institution explains in the document, is perfected and personalised following the multidimensional analysis.
The verification
The first meeting with the Social Services operators, which is scheduled for all households submitting the application for renewal of the ADI after the eighteen monthly payments, is functional to the verification and confirmation or modification of the social and work inclusion paths identified in the previous months. It is in fact the Social Services' task to ascertain that the path identified is consistent with the household's needs and to record on their systems the completion of the multidimensional analysis or the update/confirmation of the previous one, in order to reset and restart the counter for the next deadline and, if necessary, to unblock any suspensions that have occurred over time.
During the first meeting, therefore, the operators can validate or modify the contents of the multidimensional analysis previously carried out and allow the continuation of the individual pathways. In the event that one or more subsequent meetings are necessary to complete this operation, the subsequent deadlines for presentation to the Social Services are set at 90 days, within which the household can be summoned or present itself to the same.
The redefinition of commitments
Following the review of the multidimensional assessment of the household members by the Social Services, the household's commitments under the Social and Labour Inclusion Pacts and the new deadlines for submission to the Social Services and Employment Centres (CPI) are redefined.
In particular, the members of households enrolled in a work activation pathway at the CPI (pathway type 'Work and Social Activation Obligation') must, within the next 60 days, sign the individual digital activation pact (PADI), if not already signed previously, and, subsequently, present themselves at the CPI to sign or update the personalised service pact (PSP).
