Intesa Sanpaolo: considering filing a complaint with Consob regarding MPS

This is according to sources familiar with the matter. “In light of what has happened in recent days and hours and the obvious issues that have emerged,” explains a source, ‘Intesa Sanpaolo’s legal team is carrying out a thorough investigation to assess whether it is appropriate to submit observations and considerations to Consob to safeguard market integrity and ensure that all shareholders receive accurate information’.”
