There are ten SMEs defined as 'winners' in the Programme, now in its sixth edition, which the Banca dei Territori Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, headed by Stefano Barrese, dedicates to the country's entrepreneurial excellence. Ten SMEs from Campania, Calabria and Sicily, out of the 150 that participated in the programme, all with growth projects in Italia and abroad.
Here they are: for the glass sector, Eurovetro srl of Sellia Marina (Catanzaro) was awarded, for the mechanics sector Gimal srl of Sarno (Salerno) and Melcal Spa of Calatafimi-Segesta (Trapani), for the aerospace sector Latitudo 40 of Naples and Mes Group srl of Pomigliano d'Arco (Naples), for the fashion sector L'Officina of Solofra (Avellino). The 'Winning Companies' presentation event was held in Naples, the tenth meeting of the fifteen planned in the new edition of the programme. This was an opportunity for each representative of the 'Winning Companies' to tell the story of their company and the strategic choices that have enabled them to consolidate their development path, the adoption of ESG criteria, the impact on the communities in which they operate, and the value generated for themselves and for the local economy in terms of employment and welfare.
To these SMEs, Intesa Sanpaolo and the project partners will offer support to address all stages of business life, favouring investment in intangible factors (intangible, r&s, supply chain, training) and in the pillars of development, i.e. growth abroad, sustainability, protection, innovation, digital transition and extraordinary finance.
The programme has involved a total of around 18,000 SMEs that have applied since 2019, of which 4,000 this year alone: of these, the 150 chosen to participate in Imprese Vincenti 2026 - 10 of which are foreign - were selected for having implemented projects or achieved significant results in generating economic value and social impact, on innovation and research, digital and ecological transition, export and internationalisation, generational transition and size consolidation, training and welfare.
