IMI Corporate & Investment Banking of Intesa Sanpaolo launches the "I'M IN Graduate Program": 10 young recent graduates will be hired in the Division and will have access to an intensive training course lasting 18 months. After a multi-stage selection process, the individuals will be placed, with a permanent contract, in the London or Milan offices, as Analysts in the Global Markets or Advisory & ESG teams and will have the opportunity to undertake a personalised, stimulating and dynamic growth programme that will lead them to work with international and inter-functional rotations.
Selective path
.In line with the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's initiatives, the IMI CIB Division is thus launching a path that selects the best talents to place them in a circuit of experiences in Italy and abroad to build the bank's leadership of the future. Among the requirements for candidates: a master's degree in economic-financial, statistical and quantitative disciplines, an excellent knowledge of the English language, as well as willingness to international mobility. Knowledge of a second language is considered an additional plus as well as previous work experience or internships. Applications may be submitted until 3 April 2024 through the Careers section of the Intesa Sanpaolo website: https://group.intesasanpaolo.com/it/careers/international-graduateprogram/percorso-imin-finanza.
Attracting new talent
."I'M IN Graduate Program is a training path designed to attract new talents determined to build their career future in the highly specialised areas of theIMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division. The programme is a further confirmation of our commitment to the professional orientation of young people through strategic initiatives that allow us to make known, in particular to recent graduates, the richness of our professions, skills and values that distinguish us," said Mauro Micillo, chief of IntesaSanpaolo's IMI CIB Division.
Commitment to youth
The initiative, in line with the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's Business Plan 2022-2025, is part of the Division's broader commitment to young people, whether already within the organisation or not yet in the world of work. This is confirmed, for example, by the recent launch of the second edition of the two-year Next Generation Executive Program of the IMI CIB Division in collaboration with SDA Bocconi and the initiative "La Finanza e le buonestorie", a series of meetings, in collaboration with Guido Maria Brera, author of the best seller Diavoli, to bring students from the main Italian universities closer to the mechanisms that regulate modern financial markets.
