Intimate relationships in prison will be granted in the same number as visual interviews used monthly and will last for a maximum of two hours. Only the spouse or permanent cohabitant may use them.
This is indicated by the new guidelines signed by the head of the Dap Lina Di Domenico and sent to the directors of the penitentiary institutes. The meeting room, furnished with a bed and attached toilets but without the possibility of locking it from the inside, will only be guarded from the outside by prison police personnel adequately equipped to control the inmates and persons admitted for intimate talks, as well as to inspect the room before and after the meeting.
