Milan's Gup Alessandra Di Fazio has ordered the committal for trial of the six defendants in the Park Towers case, the project for three towers for 113 flats in the Crescenzago area, which ended up at the centre of one of the strands of the investigation into urban planning management on charges of building abuse, illegal subdivision and forgery. Bluestone's real estate developer Andrea Bezziccheri, planner Sergio Francesco Maria Asti, three former executives and officials of the municipality's Sportello Unico Edilizia, Carla Barone, Francesco Rosata and Maurizio De Luca, and Roberto Vederio, legal representative of Devero Costruzioni, are to go on trial.
