Invimit Sgr Spa has published the offer received from two companies active at national level in urban regeneration for the lease of the real estate complex 'Ex Ospedale degli Esposti o Bastardini' in Bologna, owned by the Fondo I3 Valore Italia managed by the Sgr.
The Ex Ospedale dei Bastardini is a historical complex of approximately 13,000 square metres located in Via D'Azeglio, in the heart of Bologna's historical centre, with a strong identity value for the city, with a past linked to child care and now disused. The lease will last 4+4 years, with restructuring at the tenant's care and expense.
The property had been included by the Sgr among those selected throughout the country for the 'REgenera' mission, Invimit Sgr's initiative aimed at fostering public-private partnerships for the redevelopment of state-owned assets, with positive repercussions for both the territory and public accounts.
Following the adjudication process for the complex, which will end within 30 days from today to give other bidders the opportunity to submit any improved offers, a press conference will be held in the presence of all those involved to present the winning project.

"Precisely because of this value, we will only take into consideration projects with characteristics that we consider valid for the development of the asset, in close relations with the Administration of Bologna, and which therefore do not have merely speculative intentions. The project hypothesis must consist of a reactivation of the property capable of generating cultural, social and real estate value, in line with the objectives of Invimit Sgr's Strategic Plan'.
