Inwit: court upholds rejection of application for a stay of proceedings regarding Tim’s termination of the MSA

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - According to information obtained by Radiocor, the Court of Milan has upheld the rejection of Inwit’s application for an interim injunction to suspend TIM’s termination of the MSA (Master Service Agreement) contracts.

Following on from the recently published ruling on the case concerning Fastweb and Vodafone’s termination of the MSA, the panel of judges has in fact upheld the previous decision to reject the application for a stay of proceedings.

The first hearing on the merits of the case is expected to take place in November, according to legal sources.

The dispute arose after Fastweb decided to terminate its MSA with Inwit, a decision that TIM subsequently followed. Inwit contested the validity of the terminations and took the matter to the Court of Milan.
