Isomec in the Lattonedil Group, growth in two dimensions

An operation in the sign of a dual growth strategy, which envisages the consolidation of production in Italy and, at the same time, expansion in European markets with high added value. In the corporate structure of the Lattonedil Group of Carimate (Co), European leader in the production and marketing of insulating panels with revenues of more than 420 million in 2024, enters the Belluno-based Isomec Srl, headquartered in Pieve d'Alpago (Belluno), specialised in the production and sale of insulating and thermo-acoustic panels. There is no impact on employment: the total number of employees of the Lattonedil Group, including the new ones from Isomec, comes to about 950.

With a net turnover in excess of 20 million in 2024 and an expected average annual growth rate of +18%, Isomec is financially sound and aims to reach 2.5 million m2 sold: the team of highly qualified technicians and a comprehensive and flexible product portfolio meet the needs of the international market in the industrialised construction sector. The company offers a structured after-sales service, which combines technical and commercial assistance and guarantees continuous and personalised advice, from the design phase to installation. "Becoming part of a historic and solid group like Lattonedil represents for us an important recognition of the work done so far. We are ready to tackle this new phase while maintaining our commitment to customers, partners and employees. Becoming part of Lattonedil, in fact, allows us not only to improve our competitiveness - comments Gabrio Bortoluzzi, managing director of the Srl - but also to complete the range of products, considerably increasing sales volumes, thanks to the commercial support of the Lattonedil Group".

The operation - realised with the financial support of Banco Bpm - represents a new strategic step for Lattonedil, which continues its development in high-margin segments synergic with its core business. The action,' the company explained in a note, 'demonstrates its desire, through a path of verticalisation of the offer and strengthening of business lines, both to strengthen its presence in Italy - by betting on companies that are an expression of Made in Italy - and to grow in key European markets, as evidenced not least by its recent partnership with the Romanian Proinvest Group.

Isomec Srl also has an established commercial presence in Germany, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria, with over 45 years of history. Over the years it has expanded its business from the production and sale of metal insulating components to the manufacture of insulated panels with polyurethane and mineral fibre insulation, corrugated sheets, metal complements and accessories for roofing, expanding from the mechanical sector to the real estate sector by focusing on product quality and diversification.
